General aspects
The Multi Card is a non-personal prepaid contactless public transport card containing those non-profile tickets from the fare system service of the Madrid Region.
Nature and expiration
It is a prepaid contactless card, multi-person, and running for 10 years.
Warranty
The Multi Card has a two-year warranty. During that time, the user shall have the right to request the replacement of a defective card at no cost, if these defects aren't due to its misuse.
