The cards may contain a personal travel pass and two non-personal transport tickets, or three non-personal transport tickets.

This allows:

• Use the same card when it is not necessary to acquire a Travel Pass.
• To pay the trip to companions who share the same route.
• Contain transport tickets for trips other than usual.

Examples:

• Travel Pass A + Metrobús 10-trip ticket
• Travel Pass B1 + MetroSur 10-trip ticket + Bonobús B2-B3 ticket
• Metrobús 10-trip ticket + Bonobús A-B2 ticket + MLO 10-trip ticket

Important: Metro network single tickets, once loaded on any card, must be consumed on the day of purchase.

Important: the ticket used to access a vehicle or station cannot be recharged during the journey, you must wait until the end of the trip to make a new charge.

Exemptions to the simultaneous loading of transport tickets

Bonobuses can only be loaded on the same card in case they correspond to different zones:

Examples:

• Bonobus A-B3 ticket + Bonobus B3 ticket: Not possible.
• Bonobus A-B1 ticket + Bonobus B2-B3 ticket: Yes it is possible.

To load on the same card a Travel Pass and one or more bus passes, it must be fulfilled any of these conditions:

• The Travel Pass covers the bonobus areas.
• Or that the Travel Pass and bonobus do not have coincident zones (except the Normal Travel Pass of zone A, which is compatible with any bonobus).

Examples:

• Travel Pass B1 + Bonobus B1-B2 ticket: Not possible.
• Travel Pass B1 + Bonobus B1 ticket: Yes it is possible.
• Travel Pass B1 + Bonobus B2-B3 ticket: Yes it is possible.

Partial payment for travel extension

When a Travel Pass or bonobus does not cover the full itinerary you wish to perform, you must ask the driver for the supplement, paying the difference.

Validity of the charge of Travel Passes

Travel Passes charged in the new Public Transport Personal Cards has a validity period of 30 calendar days from the day they are first used. After ten days of the charge, if you have not validated the ticket, validity days will be taken off, therefore, travel passes charged will no longer be valid after forty days of making the charge.

Transport tickets not available on the Public Transport Card:

• Single tickets of the urban and suburban buses, which continue to acquire on the bus at the time of the realization of the trip.
• Tickets of the Parla Tram (single and ten trips).
• Cercanías own tickets (single, round trip, bonotren and monthly pass).
